HOW DOES A PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION WORK?
FIRST MEETING
During the initial consultation, the psychotherapist talks with the patient and/or his or her parents, clarifies the patient’s concerns, developmental characteristics, behavior, and emotional state, and sets goals for future work.
DIAGNOSTIC PHASE
The specialist takes a medical history and analyzes aspects of development, learning, and social adaptation. Psychological assessment methods and diagnostic tests are used as needed.
DEVELOPMENT OF A CUSTOMIZED SUPPORT PLAN
Based on the results of the assessment, an individualized psychotherapeutic support program is developed, taking into account the patient’s age, developmental characteristics, and needs.
THERAPEUTIC WORK
Sessions are held regularly in a comfortable and safe environment. The clinic’s specialists take an individualized approach to each patient, taking into account their cognitive, emotional, and behavioral characteristics.
